Your group or organization has the opportunity to participate in an event that will raise funds while everyone has fun and goes home with something memorable – a more creative solution to selling chocolate bars, pies, wrapping paper, or useless dust collectors!

Paint Event Fundraising

You choose the painting and the night.
In Studio Fundraisers – Choose from either Thursday Nights or Sunday afternoon or evenings!
On Location Fundraisers – available Thursday Evenings

11 x 14 painting-Canvas for children/families ($30/pp) OR Glass Mug Painting ($30/pp)

 

16 x 20 Canvas painting-OR 11 x 14 Burlap!  for adults ($40/pp) OR Wine Glass Painting ($40/pp)

 

$10 from each person will go to the charity of your choice.

 

Fundraising events include 2 hours.
In our studio we require a 20 person minimum and a 40 person maximum per night.
On Location (Thursday’s only) require a minimum of 30 and allow a maximum of 60.

 

Your event will be posted on the website calendar, guests are required to pre-register prior to the day of the event.

 

If the minimum number (20) is not met, your group may not benefit fully from the fundraiser.

 

*You may hold several paint events to raise more money.

 

Booking requires a signed agreement and a $80 (adult) $60 (family) non-refundable deposit to hold your event evening, good for 2 reservations.

 

You may bring your own food, beverages and paper goods.
